The Insulation Principle of Stainless Steel Water Bottles
Stainless steel water bottles achieve their insulation through a vacuum insulation layer. The vacuum layer, free of gas and impurities, effectively prevents heat transfer, thus achieving insulation. Glass-lined insulated bottles, on the other hand, utilize the principle that glass has a lower thermal conductivity than air to achieve insulation. In other words, glass-lined bottles rely on the insulating properties of glass, not a vacuum insulation layer.
Advantages of Stainless Steel Water Bottles
1. Greater Durability: Stainless steel water bottles are more durable, less prone to breakage, deformation, and wear, resulting in a longer lifespan.
2. Better Portability: Stainless steel water bottles are lighter and easier to carry than glass-lined bottles, are less prone to breakage, and are suitable for outdoor activities and long-distance travel.
3. Superior Insulation Performance: Due to the vacuum insulation principle used in stainless steel water bottles, they offer superior insulation performance compared to glass-lined bottles.
