For daily maintenance of plastic bottles, pay attention to the ambient temperature (recommended 5-40℃) and storage method. Avoid high or low temperatures that can cause material aging; stable placement can prevent deformation from impacts. After use, thoroughly clean (using a pH-neutral detergent is recommended) to remove residue and prevent corrosion or bacterial growth (bacterial residue <100 CFU/mL). Handle with care to avoid mechanical stress exceeding the material's tensile strength (typically ≥20 MPa). Keep storage dry (humidity recommended <60% RH), as humid environments may accelerate polymer hydrolysis.

Food-grade plastic bottles that meet GMP standards have passed UV resistance and chemical resistance tests and are suitable for pharmaceutical and food packaging. For specific specifications, please contact our technical team for customized solutions.
