You send us an order list (CSV/API/manual). We pick, pack, and ship within 24–48 hours.

Q1: Do I have to manufacture with you to use your inventory service?
A: No, but it's strongly recommended. If we made your products, we already have your quality standards on file. Third-party products are accepted after sample approval.
Q2: What's the minimum quantity for storage?
A: No minimum. We can store as few as 100 pieces.
Q3: How do you charge?
A: Monthly storage fee based on cubic meters + flat fee per order for pick/pack. Drop shipping shipping costs at carrier rates. Contact us for a quote.
Q4: Can I visit the warehouse?
A: Yes, physical visits are welcome by appointment. We can also send live video walkthroughs anytime.
Q5: Do you integrate with Shopify / WooCommerce?
A: Currently manual order processing via CSV or email. API integration is in development - notify us if you need it.
