Generally speaking, the thinner the material of the cup, the longer the heat retention time. However, the cup body is more easily damaged and deformed, affecting its lifespan. Measures such as coating the inner liner of a vacuum cup with a thin metal film and copper plating can also increase the heat retention. Large-capacity, small-diameter vacuum cups have a longer heat retention time, while small-capacity, large-diameter vacuum cups have a shorter heat retention time. The lifespan of a vacuum cup also depends on the cleanliness of the inner liner and the vacuuming time, and most importantly, the structure of the vacuum furnace.
Vacuum equipment used for vacuum insulated cups in the market includes vacuum exhaust platforms and vacuum brazing furnaces, roughly divided into two categories and four types. One type is the tail-exhaust vacuum platform type; the other is the brazing furnace type. Brazing furnace types are further divided into: single-chamber, multi-chamber, and multi-chamber with increased pumping speed.
Single-furnace type integral vacuum brazing furnace. The vacuuming cycle time of this furnace is long. If manufacturers shorten the vacuuming time to improve production efficiency, it will affect the lifespan of the cup. The lifespan of the cup is only about 8 years. Advantages of vacuum cup exhaust station with tail: Vacuum cups produced by vacuum exhaust station with tail are heated to about 500℃ during vacuuming. The outer shell of the vacuum cup is not easily deformed, but the copper tube weld joint is prone to leakage, so special protection is required during semi-finished product processing.
